Melissa has been a Davenport native her whole life. She started in the veterinary field in 1997 as a Customer Service Representative. Melissa came to Kimberly Pines as a CSR in 2015 and worked until leaving in 2021 to care for her elderly mother. She came back to Kimberly Pines in January 2025. Melissa has 2 adults sons, Austin and Dallas, 3 Boston Terriers, Elsa, Ona, and Buddy, and a granddog Siberian Husky, Chloe. In what spare time she has, Melissa enjoys painting rocks and other crafts.
